✨ Role Overview

The Investor Club Director is responsible for leading, operating, and managing the entire Investor Club ecosystem, including overseeing recurring investment forums and networking evenings, attracting investors and entrepreneurs, and building high-value strategic relationships.

The role aims to create premium partnership and investment opportunities that contribute to securing strategic equity stakes and distinguished projects for Vibes Holding, supporting the company’s vision of acquiring 100 equity stakes in 100 companies before 2030.

This position is considered one of the most critical leadership roles within the Vibes Holding ecosystem, relying heavily on the candidate’s personal network, business relationships, and previous experience to attract investors, activate the club’s investment ecosystem, and transform forums into real platforms for partnerships, investment deals, and funding rounds.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full operation and management of the Investor Club.

Develop internal operational systems and governance frameworks.

Manage memberships and maintain continuous communication with investors and members.

Increase engagement both physically and online while building an active investment community.

Develop initiatives, programs, and networking evenings aligned with the club’s objectives.

Plan and fully supervise investment forums and networking events.

Schedule events and manage the annual events calendar.

Coordinate with entrepreneurs, investors, and speakers.

Manage operational logistics, organization, attendance, partnerships, and hospitality arrangements for each event.

Ensure high-quality execution and professional presentation of all forums.

Track outcomes and convert events into real partnerships and investment opportunities.

Attract new investors to the club through professional and personal networks.

Utilize LinkedIn professionally to reach investors and decision-makers.

Build strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, family businesses, and investment funds.

Activate existing relationships and convert them into investment opportunities and partnerships.

Represent the club in meetings, events, and related business occasions.

Contribute to sourcing investment-ready projects and opportunities.

Create investment deals and equity opportunities through the forums.

Connect investors with entrepreneurs professionally and strategically.

Follow up on negotiations and finalize partnerships until Vibes Holding is officially added to the commercial registration records of approved companies.

Identify and elevate high-quality opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

Contribute to developing and utilizing Vibes Holding’s project bank ecosystem.

Strengthen the club’s media and digital presence.

Contribute to creating investment-focused and promotional content for the forums.

Propose innovative ideas to increase attendance and engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and finance teams to strengthen the club’s brand positioning.

Prepare periodic reports covering:

Growth in newly acquired investors.

Generated investment opportunities.

Completed equity partnerships and deals.

Forum and event performance.

Growth and expansion indicators.
