About the Role
Amad Capital seeks an Investment Manager to join their team in Jeddah. You will lead end-to-end investment analysis across multiple asset classes, build financial models, prepare investment committee memoranda, and monitor portfolio positions.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end investment analysis across public equities, fixed income, PE/VC funds, real estate, and direct investments
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
- Prepare investment committee memoranda, pitch materials, and client facing portfolio reviews
- Conduct manager and fund due diligence for third party allocations
- Monitor portfolio positions, track performance attribution, and recommend rebalancing or exits
- Produce macroeconomic research, sector analyses, and market outlook papers
- Coordinate with external partners including broker dealers, fund managers, and legal counsel
- Support the development of investment policies and reporting frameworks as the firm scales
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or wealth/asset management
- Demonstrated experience across multiple asset classes — public markets, real estate, and private markets
- Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, fund return modeling, real estate pro formas)
- Prior experience at a family office, wealth advisory, Big 4 deal advisory, or investment bank
- CFA Charterholder or final level candidate
- Ability to produce investment grade written work: IC memos, market research, client presentations
- Comfort operating in a small team with high autonomy and direct principal interaction
- Familiarity with GCC markets and Saudi investment landscape
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role. You will join a lean, high impact advisory team with direct exposure to client families and their multi asset portfolios.
- You will own the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and diligence through IC preparation, execution, and ongoing monitoring.
