Responsibilities
- Oversee and support a portfolio of healthcare assets.
- Monitor portfolio company performance.
- Lead or support value-creation initiatives.
- Work closely with the leadership teams of portfolio companies.
- Support both greenfield and brownfield healthcare projects.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, or another relevant professional qualification is advantageous.
- At least 7 years of experience in private equity, investments, transaction advisory, or a related area.
- Previous exposure to healthcare investments or healthcare assets.
- Experience working on both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
- Experience in portfolio management and value-creation initiatives.
- Good understanding of the UAE or wider GCC market.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
