Investment Intern

Job Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition and investment opportunities across the Investments team's pipeline
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Support valuation work using discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable transactions, and precedent analysis
• Contribute to financial, commercial, and operational due diligence workstreams
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party advisors throughout the transaction process
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentation materials for senior stakeholders
• Participate in the negotiation of transaction terms and the review of legal documentation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
• Maintain transaction trackers, pipeline reports, and supporting documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• CFA Level I or Level II preferred
• Previous work experience is advantageous but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
