Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in a state bar association in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment funds, private equity, or related legal practice
- Strong proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements
- In depth knowledge of fund formation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
