Investment Director

The Investment Director is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing investment activities that support the company’s strategic and financial objectives.

In this position, the individual will analyze market trends and financial data, evaluate investment opportunities, and recommend appropriate investment strategies.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing portfolios, monitoring risk and performance, preparing investment reports, and advising leadership on capital allocation decisions.

The role also involves collaborating with finance and executive teams to align investments with corporate goals, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and continuously improve investment processes.

• Strong investment management capabilities, including experience managing Investments and applying effective Investment Strategies.
• Demonstrated Finance expertise with advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial statements, market data, and risk-return profiles.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining diversified portfolios and using quantitative and qualitative methods for investment decision-making.
• Previous experience in a senior investment or finance role within consumer electronics, retail, or a related industry is preferred.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and present complex financial information to non-specialist stakeholders.
• High ethical standards, sound judgment, and familiarity with applicable investment and financial regulations.
