Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Off-plan RERA-licensed Real Estate Broker in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties, as well as providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property markets
- Proven off-plan sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred)
- Strong skills in Negotiation and the ability to secure favorable deals
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding
- Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven individuals
- Proficiency in English & Arabic; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
- RERA certified with a valid UAE driver’s license
- UAE driving license is a must
