IC1101 seeks an Investment Banker for M&A and capital raising in Dubai. The role involves originating, structuring, and executing M&A and fundraising transactions, building investor relationships, and managing deal processes.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach relevant investors for M&A transactions, acquisition financing, growth capital, project funding, and portfolio company fundraising.
- Build and maintain a qualified database of family offices, private equity funds, venture capital firms, sovereign and institutional investors, and other capital sources.
- Develop investor segmentation and outreach strategies based on sector, geography, investment size, mandate, and risk appetite.
- Conduct direct investor outreach through email, calls, meetings, conferences, intermediaries, and professional networks.
- Coordinate management presentations, investor meetings, roadshows, and transaction discussions.
- Manage the investor pipeline and maintain regular follow ups until investment decisions are obtained.
- Identify potential acquisition targets, strategic investments, joint ventures, distressed opportunities, and consolidation opportunities.
- Structure transactions involving full or partial acquisitions, majority and minority investments, debt assumption acquisitions, equity swaps, earn outs, and other mechanisms.
- Develop comprehensive transaction strategies from origination through closing.
- Prepare transaction timelines, work plans, responsibility matrices, and closing checklists.
- Coordinate commercial, financial, legal, operational, regulatory, and tax due diligence.
- Build and review detailed financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, LBO, and merger models.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, transaction advisory, capital raising, or M&A
- Demonstrable experience in originating and executing M&A or fundraising transactions
- Strong existing relationships with investors, family offices, private equity funds, lenders, and strategic investors
- Experience managing transactions from initial engagement through due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing
- Cross border transaction experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare, technology, financial services, real estate, or other high growth sectors will be advantageous
- Previous experience working with founders, family owned businesses, holding companies, or private equity backed businesses is preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Investment Banker – M&A and Capital Raising to originate, structure, and execute mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, debt and equity fundraising transactions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable investors, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and institutional capital partners.
- This role requires strong transaction execution capabilities, investor relationships, financial modelling expertise, commercial judgement, and the ability to independently manage transactions from initial strategy through closing.

- Assist in developing acquisition theses and sector specific investment strategies.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 3–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, transaction advisory, capital raising, or M&A.
