$150,000 – $250,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Investment Banking Associate to lead deal execution and client analysis.

The role combines deep modeling with senior client interaction — running M&A, capital markets, and advisory transactions from pitch through close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for M&A and capital markets transactions
  • Build pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
  • Manage analyst workstreams and review their work
  • Coordinate due diligence with clients, counterparties, and advisors
  • Interact directly with client management teams
  • Support deal execution from pitch through close

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory
  • Mastery of financial modeling, including LBO, M&A, and DCF
  • Strong understanding of accounting, valuation, and capital markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
  • Track record of high-output performance under deadline pressure
  • MBA, CFA, or top-tier undergraduate program preferred
