Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience, preferably in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel, including advanced formulas and macros.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP standards.
- Experience with pitch book development, client presentations, and deal execution processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
