Associate to VP — Infrastructure & Real Assets \| Dubai, UAE
Our client, a leading investment firm based in the GCC, is looking to hire at the Associate to Vice President level within their Infrastructure & Real Assets team.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate and execute direct investment opportunities across infrastructure, utilities, transport and real assets globally with a focus on emerging markets
- Build detailed financial models including DCFs, LBO/project finance structures and scenario analyses to support investment decisions
- Conduct commercial, financial and operational due diligence in coordination with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Prepare investment committee materials, market research and portfolio monitoring reports for senior leadership
- Support portfolio value creation initiatives and asset management across existing investments
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in infrastructure/real assets investing, investment banking, or project finance
- Strong financial modelling skills with direct transaction experience (M&A, direct investments, or project finance)
- Familiarity with emerging market dynamics, particularly across the Middle East, Africa or Asia
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate across cultures and time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline; MBA or CFA a plus
