Key Responsibilities
- Generate investment ideas across global markets using a top-down approach.
- Conduct fundamental analysis and company valuation.
- Undertake macro research on countries, sectors, themes, technology, fintech, and emerging sectors.
- Report on portfolio company earnings and corporate actions.
- Carry out on-the-ground research.
- Produce investment recommendations and written reports.
- Build and maintain relationships within the investment community.
- Collaborate with trading and private markets on deal sourcing and execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree from a leading academic institution.
- Typically 3-4 years of experience in investment research, asset management, equity capital markets, investment banking, or a closely related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Clear evidence of high performance in professional and personal life.
- Strong relational skills and professional representation of the organisation with external parties.
- Genuine passion for financial markets and business.
- Proven ability to execute, deliver results, work at pace, and manage multiple priorities.
- Polished communication style, meticulous attention to detail, and a growth-oriented mindset.
