Role Overview
The Investment Analyst or Associate will support the Asset Management vertical across deal origination, due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio management.
The role offers direct exposure to live transactions and portfolio activity while working with the Asset and Investment Manager and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investment due diligence through market research, competitive analysis, sponsor review, and preliminary financial screening.
- Prepare investment memos, screening notes, and presentation materials.
- Build and maintain financial models across real estate and alternative asset classes.
- Perform DCF, returns waterfall, and scenario analyses when applicable.
- Coordinate deal-execution workstreams, maintain data rooms, and track transaction timelines.
- Support origination and business development through industry events and sector relationships.
- Monitor portfolio investments, KPIs, investee reporting, and material performance variances.
- Maintain internal databases, model libraries, and process documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- One to four years of experience in asset management, private banking, investment banking, M&A and deals consulting, or a closely related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling skills are required, including model analysis, assumption testing, and model building from scratch.
- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
- Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or alternative assets is a meaningful advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a lean, high-growth boutique environment are required.
- Fluency in English is required; a second or third language is preferred.
- CFA Level 1 or beyond is a plus.
