About the Role
Flow & Systems Partners is seeking two interns to support live M&A acquisition processes. Interns will build financial models, conduct due diligence, and research GCC infrastructure targets.

- Build and maintain financial models for live acquisition targets
- Cross check audited financials against management accounts
- Support due diligence tracking and data room structure
- Support cap table and returns modeling
- Market map GCC electrical infrastructure companies
- Draft investment teasers, CIMs, and investor presentations
- Support investor outreach and pipeline tracking
- Research sector trends and comparable transactions
- Sit in on deal strategy and negotiation prep sessions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent English required
- Minimum 15 hours/week availability
- Prior exposure to financial modeling or M&A is a plus
- Spanish a plus

About the Role
- Flow & Systems Partners is a new investment holding acquiring founder led SMEs in electrical infrastructure. This is a hands on internship working directly with Founders on live deal data.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain financial models (Excel) for live acquisition targets
- Cross check audited financials against management accounts and trial balances
- Support due diligence: track open items, maintain checklists and data room structure
- Support cap table and returns modeling (IRR, vesting schedules, deal structuring)
- Market map GCC electrical infrastructure and electromechanical companies
- Draft investment teasers, CIMs, and investor presentation materials
- Support investor outreach and pipeline tracking
- Research sector trends, regulatory changes, and comparable transactions
- Sit in on deal strategy and negotiation prep sessions with the Founders
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering
- Strong Excel skills; prior exposure to financial modeling or M&A is a plus
- Fluent English required; Spanish a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and real, sometimes messy, data
- Minimum 15 hours/week availability, remote
