As we expand our operations and explore new business opportunities, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Analyst to support our financial planning and strategic growth initiatives.
Job Description
The Investment Analyst will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing financial performance, and supporting executive decision-making.
This position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Conduct risk analysis and assess potential returns on investments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
- Monitor portfolio performance and suggest adjustments when necessary
- Support budgeting, valuation, and capital allocation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Knowledge of valuation techniques and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or carpentry-related industries
- Familiarity with financial software and data analysis tools
- CFA or progress toward certification is an advantage
