Role Overview
The firm is hiring part-time Investment Advisors to provide paid feedback calls to clients who are actively raising capital.
Advisors provide feedback from their normal investor seat on pitches, materials, and positioning.
What You Will Do
- Take 20- to 30-minute video calls with Artane clients.
- Give candid feedback on pitch decks, investment memoranda, and positioning.
- Share what an LP, GP, or investment committee in the relevant category would challenge.
- Submit a short written summary after each call.
Compensation
- Compensation is $30 to $50 per completed call, paid per call rather than per hour or as a retainer.
- The rate within the stated band depends on the advisor's background and call type.
- Payment is made weekly by bank transfer or Stripe after each call is submitted.
Required Background
- Applicants must currently work or have very recently worked at an institutional investment organization.
- Relevant organizations include family offices, venture capital firms, private equity firms, investment funds, credit funds, institutional LPs, or investment banks.
- Retail investors, angel-only investors without institutional backgrounds, finance students, and aspiring investors without a current qualifying seat are not a fit.
Time Commitment
- The schedule is fully flexible, with no minimum number of calls and no exclusivity requirement.
- Advisors choose their availability through the booking system.
- Most advisors take two to six calls per week.
