Location and employment
- The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
- The role is full-time and commission-based.
Key responsibilities
- Specialize in off-plan property sales across Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients.
- Follow up with fresh leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay updated on new launches and projects.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through closing.
- Consistently work toward and achieve individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.
- Previous off-plan sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional presentation and a client-focused approach.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
