Overview

Join the ZOI Group, a leading F&B brand in the UAE!

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to manage our central warehouse operations and ensure smooth supply flow across all business units.

This role goes beyond basic storekeeping.

You will be responsible for full inventory control, warehouse organization, and coordination between procurement, logistics, and central production.

Inventory Management & Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory across all categories:
  • Food ingredients (fresh & dry)
  • Packaging materials
  • Equipment & smallwares
  • Furniture & assets
  • Gas and operational consumables
  • Set and manage par levels (minimum/maximum stock levels)
  • Monitor stock levels and trigger timely purchase requests
  • Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies

Warehouse Operations

  • Organize and structure the warehouse efficiently by category
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage standards
  • Implement FIFO / FEFO principles for all applicable items
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food safety standards
  • Manage storage of items from central kitchen and bakery production

Dispatch & Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics for daily and scheduled dispatch to outlets
  • Prepare and verify orders before dispatch
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all movements
  • Handle urgent requests and inter-branch transfers efficiently

Asset & Equipment Management

  • Track equipment, defective items, and unused furniture
  • Maintain records of asset movement and condition
  • Coordinate repair, replacement, or disposal when needed

Reporting & Planning

  • Maintain inventory reports and stock movement records
  • Identify shortages, overstock, and slow-moving items
  • Work with procurement on forecasting and stock planning

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse or inventory management
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or central kitchen operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems and stock control
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stock categories in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Excel required)
