Overview
- Your tasks will include:
- Coordination of material flows from suppliers to the Region Middle East
- Implementation of logistics standard processes for scaffolding in the region
- Replenishment and inventory management of the future Scaffolding HUB
- Coordination with Scaffolding Product Management to optimize material utilization
- Supporting the demand planning process of scaffolding material
- Ensure overstock material exchange with other Area s to guarantee optimized material utilization
- Analysis and evaluation of the supply chain processes with regards to potential improvements
- Definition and implementation of system requirements within Doka s supply chain planning tool (Rapid Response)
- Interface management within the supply chain and internal stakeholders (Corporate offices, Area Teams, Countries,)
- Development and implementation of KPI dashboards to ensure a transparent reporting process
