About the Role
CTDI is looking for an Inventory Specialist/WMS Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate system transactions, and provide technical support. The role requires a diploma or degree in IT, Engineering, or Supply Chain, with at least 2 years of experience in WMS configuration and support.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify data related issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Validate system transactions (JSON/XML), review error logs, troubleshoot root causes and carry out corrective actions.
- Liaise between key stakeholders (Customer, IT and Operations) to provide technical support and draft business Requirement Documentation.
- Assess work requests for clarity, scope and prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency.
- Partner with IT and Operations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create user stories in JIRA after understanding stakeholder requirements.
- Understand the Reverse Logistic flow and work with team to continually improve the process.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field including WMS configuration, implementation and support
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic concept of DBMS
- Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, API
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Required Skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Related field experience includes WMS configuration, implementation and support in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Well spoken and presented with strong analytical background and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic Concept of DBMS
- Basic Knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML), JSON, API
