About the Role
Evlv is seeking an Inventory Replenishment Analyst to support inventory replenishment, supply planning, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing SKU performance to maintain optimal stock levels.

Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment based on demand, forecasts, sales trends, and business priorities.
- Maintain healthy inventory levels by reducing stockouts and avoiding excess inventory.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Product Development, and Warehouse Operations to align inventory with customer demand.
- Manage supply planning by considering factory production schedules, lead times, transit times, and minimum order quantities (MOQs).
- Identify inventory risks such as shortages, overstock, slow moving, or obsolete products, and recommend solutions.
- Analyze SKU performance and suggest SKU rationalization opportunities.
- Review historical sales, seasonality, and demand trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Build and maintain inventory, replenishment, and business intelligence reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to inventory management and supply planning.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory replenishment, supply planning, demand planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of inventory planning concepts such as inventory turns, weeks of stock, safety stock, reorder points, service levels, lead times, and MOQs.
- Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, or inventory management systems is an asset.
