Job Purpose
Manage inventory levels, parts procurement, and supplier coordination across outlets to ensure stock availability, cost efficiency, and smooth operations.
Align procurement and inventory with sales forecasts, market demand, and operational needs.
Inventory Management
- Monitor parts inventory across warehouses and branches and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze fast-moving and slow-moving parts to improve turnover and reduce holding costs.
- Coordinate inter-branch transfers based on demand and stock status.
- Conduct periodic and annual stock counts accurately and in compliance with requirements.
Procurement and Suppliers
- Plan and execute parts procurement based on sales forecasts, OEM targets, and customer demand.
