Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels and stock movements.
- Maintain inventory records across systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with receiving, counting, labeling, storing, and issuing stock.
- Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Investigate discrepancies, shortages, and excess stock.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, sales, and operations teams.
- Monitor replenishment requirements and support stock-order planning.
- Track damaged, expired, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and operational dashboards.
- Update ERP or inventory-management systems with stock information.
- Support inventory audits and maintain documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, procurement, or supply chain is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good understanding of inventory-control principles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data-management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory-management systems is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes.
