- Manage inventory and equipment to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability
- Track the movement, allocation, utilization, and maintenance of equipment
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure timely equipment availability
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment when required
- Prepare inventory and equipment reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory or equipment management within the shipping and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory / Equipment Manager to join our growing team.
