About The Role
QHT Clinic is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Dispatch Executive.
The role handles product packing, labelling, stock updates, shipping preparation, and inventory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack products carefully and securely according to dispatch requirements.
- Check product names and quantities before packing.
- Apply and verify product labels, stickers, and required markings.
- Prepare packages for shipping and coordinate with the dispatch or courier team.
- Maintain dispatched-product records and update stock after receiving, packing, and dispatching.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile them with recorded inventory.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged products, and missing items.
- Maintain daily inward and outward stock records.
- Prepare daily and weekly packing, dispatch, and inventory reports.
- Maintain records of returned, damaged, or rejected products.
- Keep inventory documentation complete and current.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Basic ability to read and write English or Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for record keeping.
