The Central Inventory & Optimisation team sits at the heart of Kmart's supply chain, connecting inventory, demand planning, merchandise, sourcing, supply chain operations, distribution centres, finance, and technology.
The team is responsible for ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, while supporting some of the largest supply chain and inventory initiatives across the business.
We're looking for a Data / Business Analyst to join the team and provide a critical link between data, projects, and operational decision-making.
This role combines business analysis, inventory reporting, stakeholder management, and commercial problem solving.
You'll work across a diverse group of stakeholders, helping maintain alignment on priorities, tracking key initiatives, and ensuring decisions are supported by clear and accurate data.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inventory, planning, supply chain, or retail analytics experience who enjoys both analysing information and working with people to drive outcomes.
