About the Role
Bullet Performance Exhaust Manufacturing LLC seeks an Inventory cum Assistant Accountant to maintain accurate inventory records and support accounting operations. The role requires 1-3 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing/trading with accounting knowledge and proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Record goods received/issued and reconcile physical stock with the system
- Run periodic and annual stock counts; investigate discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points; flag shortages and obsolete/slow moving stock
- Track material consumption against production
- Coordinate with procurement and production; prepare inventory and stock valuation reports
- Assist with daily transactions, AP/AR, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Support VAT filing, petty cash, payroll, and month end closing as needed
Requirements
- B.Com / degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- 1 3 years in inventory control, ideally in manufacturing/trading
- Working accounting knowledge
- Hands on with Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho (or similar) plus strong Excel
- Accuracy, organization, and ability to hit deadlines

What You Need
