Experience with WMS and inventory systems
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, formulas, data tracking)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment with heavy materials
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must possess an active, unexpired driver’s license and a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
This is a physically active role including walking within the warehouse throughout the day. Position also requires bending, stooping, squatting or standing as necessary. Cognitive abilities required include deductive reasoning, information ordering, oral comprehension, oral expression, problem sensitivity, written comprehension, and written expression.
This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
2+ years of inventory control experience in industrial supply, fastener distribution, or similar warehousing environment.
2+ years of executing inventory audits, both intracompany and 3 rd party
2+ years of managing multiple employees
B.S. degree is preferred but a combination of higher education and experience will be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree
Bilingual English/Spanish language skills is a plus
Experience with ERP systems and operations software tools.
Manufactures and distributes fasteners and industrial hardware for infrastructure.
