Responsibilities
- Manage product inventory by conducting weekly stock checks at the office and bi weekly stock checks at the warehouse, and maintain accurate records in the Zoho Inventory system
- Follow up with customers to ensure they have received their orders
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with administrative supplies and essential items, including purchasing drinking water and other office necessities
- Provide support for exhibitions and company events
- Follow up on all government related transactions and documentation
- Source reliable shipping companies, negotiate shipping rates and terms, and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong team player
- Responsible, detail oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
