Manage and monitor restaurant inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, proper storage, and timely replenishment.

The inventory includes food, beverages, packaging, and other operational supplies.

Maintain inventory records and record incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
Coordinate replenishment with purchasing and report damaged, expired, missing, or slow-moving items.
Ensure proper storage and monitor food wastage, spoilage, and stock variances.
Coordinate with kitchen, restaurant operations, purchasing, and finance teams.
Maintain stock documentation and assist with inventory reports and reconciliation.
Follow inventory-control policies and food-safety requirements.
Support initiatives to reduce wastage and improve inventory efficiency.

At least two years of relevant restaurant or food and beverage inventory experience.
Good understanding of restaurant stock control and inventory procedures.
Knowledge of FIFO and expiry-date management.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
UAE restaurant or food and beverage experience is preferred.
