Position Overview
Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across the store network.
Support availability of fresh and non-food products, including frozen foods, seafood, kitchen supplies, and bathroom supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock movement and run daily inventory adjustment reports.
- Provide category-level stock reports for all stores.
- Guide stores on delivery receiving, purchase-order returns, and stock-related operational issues.
- Perform stock takes and cycle counts for operating stores.
- Match invoices with finance when discrepancies arise.
- Prepare weekly reports covering inventory adjustments and shrinkage as a percentage of sales.
- Conduct spot checks and store visits to investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Report system issues related to store operations that affect stock.
- Complete monthly reconciliation with finance.
- Prepare monthly inventory turnover reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the grocery or retail industry is a plus.
Compensation
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,700 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
- Reliable commuting or relocation to Abu Dhabi before starting is preferred.
