We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Controller with a strong background in spare parts management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Stores Manager in planning, controlling and monitoring overall inventory operations to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Supervise receiving, issuing, storage and dispatch of materials while ensuring FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material traceability.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Inventory systems and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile variances.
- Monitor slow-moving, and obsolete inventory (SLOB) and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare inventory reports, support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and safety standards.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stores or inventory control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse operations inventory control methods and stock valuation/reporting.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and integrity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
