Al Mufid trading is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage stock transfers, reconciliations, and reporting using Oracle. The role involves coordination with IT, marketing, and regulatory departments.

Responsibilities
- Grade Shift, Batch correction & swap transfer using Oracle
- Stock transfer for Consumer goods & Ecommerce (Location Transfer) using Oracle
- Coordination with IT for unpacking and other inventory related matters
- Stock reservation on Oracle
- Coordination with Marketing team regarding promo items
- Stock count and reconciliation on daily basis & periodically
- Monitoring Stock Level and inform Supply Chain while transferring
- Coordination with Regulatory dept regarding DM & MOHAP transaction
- Month End Report Preparation (Opening stock, stock adjustment report, near expiry summary & Grade shift report)
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle inventory management
- Knowledge of stock transfer and reconciliation processes
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Preferably on visit or canceled visa and able to join immediately
