We’re on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Retail Stock Controller to join our team and manage warehouse and replenishment operations across Adelaide Domestic [and] International terminals . This full-time opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and knows how to keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do: ✅ Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and stock replenishment ✅ Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock flow to retail sites ✅ Coach and lead a small team with a strong safety and service mindset ✅ Drive a positive team culture and support continuous improvement ✅ Maintain accurate reporting and use systems to manage stock levels ✅ Collaborate with Store and Area Managers to meet business goals ✅ Uphold high standards of stock control and WHS compliance

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven stock/inventory control experience in a retail or warehouse setting ✅ Strong computer skills – especially with inventory systems & Excel (SAP or similar) ✅ Confident leadership and people management skills ✅ Clear and proactive communicator with strong attention to detail ✅ Retail background and customer-focused mindset preferred ✅ Physically fit – this is a hands-on role that includes manual handling ✅ Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays ✅ Relevant working rights in New Zealand & ability to obtain airport clearance
