Role Overview

Inventory and Supply Chain Duties

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure stock purchase quality.
• Coordinate purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to maintain stock availability.
• Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock situations.
• Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
• Generate purchase, pricing, supply chain analysis, and inventory management reports.
• Perform regular stock checks and report issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain and update purchase order, pricing, and inventory records.

Requirements

• ERP proficiency is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or a similar field is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a similar field is preferred.
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities are required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.

Employment and Pay

• The position is full-time and permanent.
• Pay is AED 2,000–AED 2,500 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
