Inventory Control Supervisor

Develop and manage cycle count schedules.

Conduct and oversee physical inventories and annual inventory audits.

Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.

Implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.

Maintain inventory accuracy targets and reporting metrics.

Train, coach, and develop inventory control staff.

Assign daily work priorities and monitor performance.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.

Promote a safe and productive work environment.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse efficiency.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and material flow.

Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Work closely with Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping, Receiving, and Finance teams.

Support inventory reconciliation and month-end closing activities.

Coordinate disposition of nonconforming, obsolete, or excess materials.

Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.

Bachelors Degree in a related field; or minimum five years related experience; or combination of education and related experience.

1-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
