Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor stock movement, ensuring that items are received, stored, and distributed according to company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure inventory records match physical stock.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Report inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Enter and update inventory data into inventory management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including product receipts, transfers, and shipments.
- Prepare inventory reports, tracking product quantities, and stock levels.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory, preventing damage, theft, or loss.
- Inspect products for quality and condition upon receipt, documenting any issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for storage and handling of inventory.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM) preferred.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning and RFID technology preferred.
- Experience or understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes preferred.

- Ability to identify and solve inventory discrepancies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), particularly with spreadsheets.
