About the Role
As an Inventory Control Specialist , you’ll ensure the accuracy and organization of our raw material and product inventory—keeping the right ingredients and supplies in the right place at the right time. What You’ll Do
Maintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, packaging, and finished products
Participate in physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Verify counts and documentation against system records and adjust discrepancies as needed
Stage raw ingredients daily based on production needs
Monitor stock levels and adjust as necessary to support ongoing operations
Prepare inventory reports and communicate adjustments to management
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain organized storage areas and warehouse housekeeping standards
Support inventory-related projects and assist with other warehouse operations as needed
Serve as a backup forklift operator when necessary
Follow all GMP, safety, and food safety requirements

What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
2–3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in basic math and comfortable using computer systems for data entry
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) required
Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions (hot, cold, or humid)
