- Manage and control inventory operations for automotive spare parts, consumables, accessories, and vehicle stock.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability across branches and service centers.
- Develop inventory planning strategies based on demand forecasting, sales trends, and workshop requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/DMS systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
- Reduce inventory discrepancies, dead stock, slow-moving items, and stock losses.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and aftersales departments for efficient stock movement.
- Analyze inventory KPIs including stock turnover, fill rate, aging stock, and inventory valuation.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and international automotive standards.
- Supervise warehouse teams and inventory staff across multiple locations.
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and OEM principals regarding parts availability and replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of automotive spare parts.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory efficiency and operational costs.
- Support branch operations and workshop requirements with timely inventory availability.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Additional certification in Inventory Management / Supply Chain is preferred.
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience in automotive inventory or warehouse management.
- Experience in automobile dealerships or automotive distribution companies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts operations and inventory systems.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Autoline, or similar DMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication skills in English.
- GCC experience will be an added advantage.
