Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical stock counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
- Reconcile inventory records between physical stock and ERP/WMS systems
- Analyze inventory data and prepare periodic inventory reports and KPIs
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure inventory integrity
- Review slow moving, obsolete, and expired inventory and recommend actions
- Support demand planning by providing accurate inventory information
- Train warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and KPIs

Job Summary
- The Inventory Control Expert is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining optimal stock levels, analyzing inventory performance, and implementing inventory control procedures.
- The role focuses on minimizing inventory discrepancies, reducing stock losses, improving inventory turnover, and supporting business operations through accurate inventory management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical stock counts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Reconcile inventory records between physical stock and ERP/WMS systems.
- Analyze inventory data and prepare periodic inventory reports and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure inventory integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar.
- Professional certifications (preferred): CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
