Role Overview
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the effective management of inventoried materials within the warehouse and production environment.
This position supports receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, inventory transactions, material movements, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
The role works closely with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Planning, and Procurement teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, maintain ERP data integrity, and support continuous improvement of inventory control processes.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education and Experience:
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree preferred and up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles, material flow, and warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Basic mathematical and data analysis skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across warehouse, production, quality, planning, and procurement teams.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to become certified and safely operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts, if required.
