Role Description
Support daily inventory operations in a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Monitor stock, verify product quantities, coordinate goods movement, and help maintain accurate and efficient inventory processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Verify product quantities against inventory records.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and document inbound and outbound goods.
- Update inventory systems to reflect product movement.
- Identify discrepancies and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain organized storage and efficient stock rotation with team members.
- Follow company procedures, communicate with internal stakeholders, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess skills in inventory control and physical inventory management.
- Possess shipping and receiving skills for documentation, delivery verification, and product movement.
- Have strong communication skills for working with team members, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Have solid computer literacy for inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic office applications.
- Previous warehousing, logistics, or inventory experience is beneficial.
- Be able to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety and handling standards for medical or industrial products is advantageous.
