Responsibilities
- Manage senior teams, monitor performance metrics, and optimize sales, marketing, and operations processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service offerings, client experience, and partnerships with developers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Oversee budgets, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure regulatory and internal-policy compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in real estate or a related sector, including strategic planning, team management, and business development.
- Strong market analysis, financial, and portfolio management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading distributed teams remotely and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
