Job Summary
Inventory & Audit Assistants will support the Inventory Control and Auditing Team across Medon Pharmacy branches throughout the UAE.
The role involves frequent travel and close collaboration with pharmacy, warehouse, and inventory teams to maintain accurate stock records and effective inventory control.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct physical stock counts and inventory audits at pharmacy branches across the UAE.
- Verify physical stock against system records and report shortages, excess quantities, and other discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate stock count and audit reports.
- Support daily inventory control activities and coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and accurate inventory records.
- Travel to different Medon Pharmacy branch locations as required.
Candidate Criteria
- Minimum Plus Two or Higher Secondary qualification.
- Previous experience in inventory control, stock auditing, warehouse operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of stock counting and inventory procedures.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Good communication, coordination, attention to detail, and accuracy.
