Maintain inventory records and record receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns, issues, and dispatches.
Monitor stock levels, reorder points, safety stock, product availability, expiry dates, and stock rotation.
Reconcile physical counts with system records, investigate variances, and coordinate cycle counts and stocktakes.
Maintain purchase, receiving, transfer, adjustment, product, and supplier documentation.
Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, purchasing, sales, finance, logistics, and operations teams.
Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, variance reports, shortage lists, reorder reports, and action logs.
Support returns, damaged inventory, reverse logistics, audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and process improvements.

A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
3+ years of relevant inventory, warehouse, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, retail, or operations experience is preferred.
Strong inventory-control knowledge and experience with reconciliation, stock movements, replenishment, receiving, and dispatch are required.
Excellent spoken and written English, attention to detail, analytical ability, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving are required.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple products, suppliers, locations, and inventory tasks.
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, ERP, WMS, and inventory-system proficiency is required.
Advanced Excel, named ERP platforms, barcode/RFID systems, and additional languages are advantageous.
Relevant CIPS, CILT, APICS/ASCM, inventory, logistics, or supply-chain certifications are advantageous but not required.
