Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming silver accessories
- Maintain accurate inventory records using management systems and spreadsheets
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and annual inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items
- Organize and label inventory to ensure easy identification and retrieval
- Coordinate with store office in charge and sales team regarding stock availability
- Prepare inventory reports and stock movement records
- Ensure proper storage and handling of accessories to prevent damage or loss
- Assist in packing, dispatching, and transferring stock between locations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as Inventory Assistant, Storekeeper, or similar role, preferably in silver accessories, jewelry, and fashion accessories
- Experience in inventory control procedures and stock management systems
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel (V lookup, Pivot, conditional formatting)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
