The Role

Support daily inventory administration and stock control activities.

Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, support stock checks, and coordinate inventory information with relevant teams.

Work Arrangement

  • The role is part-time and hybrid in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Applicants must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory records, stock levels, item information, and quantities.
  • Record incoming, outgoing, transferred, adjusted, and dispatched stock.
  • Assist with stock counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation.
  • Compare physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, databases, and digital records.
  • Monitor availability and highlight shortages, excess stock, or unusual movements.
  • Coordinate inventory information with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, procurement, sales, and operations teams.
  • Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and operational documentation.
  • Support system updates and improve inventory procedures and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Understanding of inventory records, stock movements, and basic reconciliation processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with good numerical and organizational skills.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, inventory systems, databases, and digital tools.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with a reliable, organized, and proactive approach.
  • 3+ years of relevant inventory, stock control, warehouse operations, or related experience is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous inventory management systems experience is an advantage.
