About the Role
Imperial Dade Canada seeks an Inventory and Replenishment Analyst to manage inventory replenishment across multiple warehouses. The role involves demand forecasting, purchase order generation, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize inventory performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned inventory to maximize performance (turn and service level) and minimize obsolescence
- Perform replenishment planning: demand forecasting, lead time forecasting, order frequency analysis, service level analysis
- Analyze inventory needs and place purchase orders for general and customer dedicated stock
- Generate Stock PO and follow up on status as required
- Resolve PO and mill invoice discrepancies
- Expedite inbound stock from vendors
- Work directly with suppliers on quality control and non conformity issues
- Execute tactical buy ins
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, logistics) to resolve supply issues
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, and customer relations skills
- Fundamental knowledge of PC applications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a buyer in a high volume, multi location distribution environment
- 4 year degree required; logistics, management, business analysis or related degree preferred
