Nexusville seeks an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to manage stock reconciliations, shipments, and inventory tracking. Requires 1-3 years of logistics experience, proficiency in ERP/WMS and advanced Excel, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine stock reconciliations and audits at the storage locations to ensure 100% data accuracy
- Schedule and track all shipments, moves and deliveries with partners for internal operations and customer deliveries
- Maintain real time inventory tracking for all incoming/outgoing items, components, and company assets in our operational logs
- Oversee the inbound receiving/put away process, ensuring all incoming stock matches purchase orders, packing lists, and commercial invoices
- Communicate with cross functional teams the updates related to their components and assists
- Prepare and inspect shipments according to specific product details, packaging guidelines, and SOPs to prevent transit damage
- Evaluate performance metrics (on time delivery, damage rates) to help optimize vendor selection
- Assist in maintaining logs, files, and standard paperwork for products and suppliers (including local Delivery Orders, packing lists, and gate passes)
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands on experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain coordination
- Strong proficiency with logistics/inventory software (ERP, WMS, or local trade portals) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data formatting)
- A proven ability to look at a shipping delay or inventory mismatch, investigate the root cause, and present a clear solution
- Sharp, clear professional communication skills to effectively manage relationships with partners and internal departments
