Formulates a developmentally sequential program and implements daily lesson plans to provide skills leading to independence as an adult and one or more occupational skills. 2.

Develops compliant Individual Education Plans based on student identified needs for students served. 3.
Implements instructional objectives delineated in the IEP and monitors the delivery of other IEP objectives for related services. 4.
Incorporates mental health services and positive behavior supports to promote self-control into the daily program of each student, as appropriate. 5.
Develops positive working relationships with students, parents, school personnel, and community members. 6.

Maintains proper care and inventory of all school property assigned to the program. 14.
Participates in the school's non-instructional responsibilities and/or extra-curricular activities on the same basis as the regular education teaching staff. 15.
Any other duties assigned by the Superintendent.
